To get your wing or balloon, first, you have to be level 24.
After getting to level 24, find Farouk.
To get the Balloon Wing 1 - find Piellanshar.
To get the Balloon Wing 2 - find Tasartia.
To get the Devil(Black) Wing - find Tierre.
To get the Angel(White) Wing - find Serrerian.

hm.. maybe you could post a picture of each, since in-game they don't show you what you can obtain. (for newbies) And, please put in the items needed for each quest. since each quest is different. Devil Black Wing needs 15 [Zombie] bones, Angel White Wing needs 2 [Bat] wings both from Tarintus. Haven't tried out the ballons though ^^

I didn't know that there was a specific person to get a specific wing! I wanted the white angel wings but I went to Tierre instead. Is there any way to get it even though I already got the black ones!?
here's an idea. find someone with white wings who doesnt want white wings. then ask to trade black with white

Wool cloth x40
Fairy's five colored skein of thread x4
High quality sapphire x3 = white wings
High quality opal x3 = black wings

You should be at lvl 38 in order to obtain the balloon or wing quest
so asss lag.....

Okay so let me throw my own opinion in on this. The Wing's are awesome and aren't just a fashion statement. They make you soar through the air like you wouldn't believe. In fact, me and my friend were Team Killing the other day and we gathered up like 9 Lycan's and 7 stone golem's then flew right past each other and took care of each other's problem XD White Wings FTW! Black Wing's for Fallen Angels.

Okay let me specify something. A lot of people want the Angel(white) Wings. That post was right, the name is spelled incorrectly. Its Celerian. First go to Farouk, he's the Mage Class in Alker Harbor. Ask him about the Floating Stone Quest (you should have to be level 24, warning: level 25 required to wear wings). You'll have to travel to the Ruins of Draconian and find the guy in the quest he mentioned (sorry, I can't remember the name, he'll have a quest highlighting) Ask him about the Floating Stone's. He'll tell you he's out and you have to collect them from Stone Golem's in Tarintus. (This may take a while, you only need 10 but I had to kill 40) Afterwards take the Stone's back to Farouk in Alker Harbor. Then go to Celerian, she's the Family Manager. She's near Luna in Alker Harbor. Make sure you have space and ask her about it, she'll give you the Angel(White) Wings. If this didn't work, you did something wrong somewhere in the mix.
Be warned, see Celerian ONLY for Angel(white) Wings.
